4. Rates

5. Payment

Payment is made by credit card. In order to ensure the security of payments, Hendiya uses secure payment services. 6. Retention of title

7. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days after receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return any item not to him. not suitable for reimbursement, with the exception of the return costs which remain at its charge.

9. Return of defective products
